A local councillor has raised concerns over the future of a clinical facility in Longford town.
Cllr Peggy Nolan claims a number of patients were told the consultant-led service at St Joseph's Care Centre will be moved next month.
She says the clinic currently serves around 60 patients with many more on a waiting list.
It acts on a GP referral basis and for follow-up appointments for patients who've been treated in Mullingar.
Cllr Nolan says if the move goes ahead many patients will be forced to travel to the Midland Regional Hospital:
