A cyclist or walker is in grave danger of a serious fall in Ballinamore due to the lack of a crash barrier on a dangerous spot.
That's according to Fine Gael councillor Enda McGloin, who is calling for Leitrim County Council to address it.
He says barriers are badly needed along the canal from Ballinamore Golf Club to the town.
He says the area is popular for fitness enthusiasts.
