Contracts have been signed for a new housing development in south Roscommon.
The agreement between the local authority and Mulleady Properties will see the construction of 27 new turn key units at Esker Lawns in Monksland.
It will comprise of three and four bedroom detached, semi-detached and terraced homes with an A energy ratings.

The project is funded by the Social Housing Investment Programme under the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
It's hoped the builds will be completed in 2023.
