Contracts for the refurbishment and fit-out of a new innovation hub in Monksland were signed yesterday.
Mountbellew based Coolsivna Construction Group have been appointed to carry out the works.
The 12,000 square foot facility will comprise of a co-working space, training facilities, and a soft landing space for companies starting out. The total cost of the project is approximately €4.2 million euro and is being funded by Roscommon County Council and the Rural Regeneration and Development Fund.
