It's been confirmed four people have been nominated to replace Anthony Waldron on Roscommon County Council.
They are Monksland's Ernie Draper, Balltintubber's Michael Holland Senior, Donamon's Mairead Kenny and Ballintubber's Gail Murray.
Yesterday was the deadline for people to put themselves forward.

The 17 councillors in Roscommon will pick the successful candidate on May 26th, after Waldron, from Ballintubber, died in February.
