Concern over Carrick's paid parking proposals

Concern has been expressed over a proposed introduction of paid parking in Carrick-on-Shannon.

Currently, a number of areas within the town provide free parking.

However, the local authority has discussed the possibility of introducing parking bye laws.

Cllr Cormac Flynn is against the idea of paid parking.
