A Co. Longford town is set to see a new recreational space for teenagers developed. Edgeworthstown was one of four locations included in a new funding programme by Children's Minister Norma Foley.
The project is set to be developed at the Green recreation area in the town and will include sheltered areas for all-weather use. Local Senator Joe Flaherty has welcomed the announcement:
