Gardaí in Kerry are appealing for witnesses after an 11-year girl was killed while riding her bike following a collision with a van..
It happened at around 7.30 yesterday evening around three kilometres from Abbeydorney, near Tralee.
The girl was taken to hospital with her injuries where she was later pronounced dead.

The driver of the van was also hospitalised.
