Changes to pharmacy blister packs delayed until next year

It follows an agreement between the HSE and Irish Pharmacy Union announced yesterday evening.

Changes to the blister packs dispensed by pharmacies are being delayed until next year.

It follows an agreement between the HSE and Irish Pharmacy Union announced yesterday evening.

When the amendments are introduced in April 2026, pharmacies will not be able to claim any reimbursements back from the HSE.
