A Leitrim Councillor is calling for a 5 year rates freeze to be introduced for local businesses.
Leitrim County Council increased commercial rates by 5% for the second consecutive year at their budget meeting last November.
Sinn Féin Cllr Cormac Flynn is bringing forward a motion to next weeks council meeting, calling for a rates freeze to be put in place.
