A local Senator says an emergency situation needs to be declared in West Roscommon following power outages. Almost 3,500 ESB customers across the Shannonside region lost supply after Storm Floris yesterday. 100 homes, farms and businesses in the Ballinlough area are still without electricity this lunchtime.
