The Bishop of Achonry and Elphin is condemning the 'evil' of the Ukraine war, on the fourth anniversary of Russia's invasion. Kevin Doran is expressing his deep support for Ukrainian people who are living in his diocese. He says they'd much prefer to be at home with their own people.
