A total of 15 car-parking spaces will remain on The Square in Ballaghaderreen, in the deal to end the row over the public realm enhancement plan.
It was announced yesterday the council and protesters had reached an agreement in the long-running dispute.
The initial scheme would have seen 47 car-parking spaces removed from the town.
