Roscommon County Council is confirming Ballaghaderreen's controversial public realm scheme won't be finished on time.
Work on the €4.5 million project stopped in March after protests, but a mediator struck a deal between both sides this month.
The council is confirming the scheme won't be finished in the final three months of this year, as originally planned.
