An Athlone man has spent over six months in Tullamore hospital - without getting the treatment he needs.
The Dáil has heard the 54-year-old was told he'd be transferred to St James's Hospital in Dublin for specialist care.
But local TD Sorca Clarke says it has since transpired there's no pathway for that to happen.
