Arrests made in Dublin after several public order incidents overnight

Missiles have been thrown at gardai after large crowds gathered in Dublin South City Centre last night.

Gardai attended the scene to deal with a large number of teenagers.

A number of public order incidents happened and a number of arrests have been made under the Public Order Act.

Uniformed guards supported by Public Order Units dispersed crowds in a number of locations and were patrolling the city centre.
