A new bishop for the diocese of Ardagh and Clonmacnoise is expected to be announced tomorrow morning.
Fr. Tom Healy took over the day to day duties of the diocese in January last year when former bishop Francis Duffy was installed as the Archbishop of Tuam.
He served as Bishop for the Ardagh and Clonmacnoise Diocese for the previous 8 years.

It’s understand the new bishop for diocese will be announced at 11 o’clock mass in St Mel’s Cathedral Longford tomorrow.
