An amended planning application has been submitted for a major housing project in Athlone.
Marina Quarter Limited are seeking permission for 6 additional houses on the site comprising of four 4-5 bed homes and 2 three bed detached houses.
These additional homes would replace a creche which was granted permission in a previous application.

The company received approval to construct 75 units in Cornamaddy last October.
The decision on this revised application will be decided on in April.
