Almost 2,000 shoeboxes, with gifts, are being sent from Co Roscommon to poor children in Ukraine this Christmas.
They left the collection point in Boyle Courthouse this afternoon and were loaded onto a lorry, before they begin the journey to Ukraine.
Students and teachers from Abbey Community College helped load them.
