All of Leitrim County Council's clothes banks are to remain closed for the foreseeable future.
They shut in January, when the contractor pulled out and removed all the textile banks.
The council tried to get a new contractor through a tender process, but none were received.

The council has told the department about the problem and is awaiting guidance.
