The official opening of the Albert Reynolds Collection at Longford Library is under way this afternoon.
The collection features archives, objects and books celebrating the life of former Taoiseach Albert Reynolds.
A former Longford-Westmeath TD, he was first elected in June 1977 before retiring from public life in 2002.

Public Expenditure Minister Jack Chambers is also attending today's launch.
