A local farmer and president of the Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers' Association says action against the rise of fuel prices is 'not over.'
A public meeting organised by Aontú was held online last night and watched by over 400 people.
The meeting, titled 'What Next After the Fuel Protests?' discussed concerns of farmers and hauliers, while reviewing further plans for action.
Speaking in the Dáil yesterday. Tánaiste Simon Harris claimed government has reduced the cost of diesel at the pump by 32 cent per litre, and petrol by 27 cent per litre.
