A lot of working people in Roscommon are going to become homeless - Fitzmaurice

There are fears a lot of working people in Co Roscommon, on low incomes, will become homeless soon.

Castlerea councillor Paschal Fitzmaurice made the comments at yesterday's Roscommon County Council meeting.

He was referring to plans for 31 social houses in Tarmon Manor in Castlerea.
