A total of 62 homeless people were in emergency accommodation in the Shannonside region last month - an increase of four from April.
The Department of Housing says it includes 23 in Leitrim, 19 in Longford and 20 in Roscommon.
The figure for the entire country was a 15,747 - yet another record.
