The average price of a three-bedroom, semi-detached house in Co Leitrim increased by over 5 per cent in just three months.
It rose by 5.1 per cent between December and March, jumping to €207,500.
They increased by 3.6 per cent in Longford, to €202,000, and by 3 per cent in Roscommon, to €260,000.
