Over 400 children are waiting more than six months to access mental health services locally.
They are some of the 4,000 children nationally on child and adolescent mental health service (Camhs) waiting lists at the end of last month.
Camhs provides assessment and treatment for young people aged under 18 who are experiencing mental health difficulties, such as depression, anxiety or dealing with an eating disorder.
