A former convent in Ballinamore may be turned into an aparthotel, cafe and restaurant.
A planning application has been lodged with Leitrim County Council.
This application relates to a building on the Convent Road in Aghadark in Ballinamore.
It was previously used as a convent, but has been vacant for several years.
The current owner, Hugh Murray, wants to change the use of the former convent, chapel and outbuildings.
It would accommodate a restaurant, cafe and 12 aparthotel units.
He's also looking for planning permission for a new lift, kitchen extension, a glass porch and outdoor seating for the cafe.
The council is likely to make a decision on the application next month.
