Ronan Mullen says he was delighted Ireland was so well represented at the Pope's funeral last Saturday.

The Land Development Agency pinpointed the site of the former St. Mel's Terrace on Grace Park Road and the Bus Éireann depot.

The application contains designs for a generator, solar panels and an ESB Substation building.

It was presented to members of the public at an event in the Hodson Bay Hotel earlier this week.

Enda McHugh and Caroline McHugh were granted planning for the development at Cannon House on Main Street.
