With the opening weekend of the Allianz league completed, the teams of the region will be turning their attention to round 2. In Division 1 it is a Shannonside/Northern Sound derby on Sunday as Roscommon will host Monaghan at Dr. Hyde Park. Both sides suffered defeats in round 1 with the Rossies going down by a point to Kerry in Killarney while Monaghan were comfortabely beaten by Armagh.
