It is quarter final time in the Roscommon Senior football championship this weekend On Saturday it is a double header in Dr. Hyde park as St Brigids take on Clann Na Gael at 2:30 and that will be followed by the meeting of Roscommon Gaels and the defending champions Padraig Pearses at 4:45. The Pearses suffered a defeat early in the campaign to Brigids and manager Pat Flannagan admitted that they had been trying different things with the panel and sometimes it didn't work
The other 2 quarter finals form a double header on Sunday again at the county ground as Oran take on Strokestown at 2pm followed by Boyle going up against Michael Galveys at 4:15.
