Elvery MacHale park will play host to the contest

Roscommon contests the U20 Connacht final against Mayo this evening (Wednesday) in Castlebar at 7:30pm.

The Rossies were runners up in last year's competition going down to Galway. Roscommon's last success at this level was in 2015, having contested the finals of 2016 and 2018.

Mayo's last title win was in 2018, while they were runners up in 2019.

Roscommon contests this U20 final after their victory over Sligo last Wednesday.

The winner of this evenings encounter will face the Ulster champions with that final re-scheduled to Friday the 30th of July, following the tragic passing of the Monaghan U20 captain Brendan Og Duffy whose funeral took place this morning. The Monaghan Harps club man was fatally injured in a car accident when travelling home from their provincial semi final win over Donegal last Friday.
