World champion Luke Littler will headline a new eight-player line-up for this year's Premier League Darts. The teenager, who recently secured back-to-back world titles, will be joined by the man he beat in Saturday's final, Gian van Veen and fellow debutant Josh Rock. Luke Humphries, Michael van Gerwen, Jonny Clayton, Stephen Bunting and Gerwyn Price complete the selection for the weekly tournament.
Meanwhile at the PDC qualifying school, Monaghan's Shane Mc Guirk has qualified for the 2nd round having finished in the top 16 on the opening day. The Arrow registered a number of impressives wins including a 5 legs to 4 win over the former BDO number 1 Steve Beaton. Shane will return to the Oche on Thursday (8th)
