It is set to be a busy weekend of motorsport action with both Cavan and Monaghan motorclubs hosting events. On Saturday evening, Cavan will host Round 7 of the National night navigation championship with the trial also Round 4 of the Squealing Pig Border championship. The Ballymac Inn, Ballymagauran is the headquarters for the event with the first car away at 9pm
On Sunday Monaghan motorclub will host their Autotest at Mc Aree Engineering in Ballinode. That event is round 3 of the Club championship with regulations and entries now available via the clubs social media pages. The tests get underway from 11am with gates open at 10. A change to regulations this year mains the event is open to those from 12 years of age and up.
