Longford Town have confirmed the appointment of Wayne Groves as their new manager.
The midlanders are currently bottom of the First Division parted company with Stephen Henderson earlier in the season. Indeed, regular soccer correspondent Michael Cooke believes it is an appointment that will bring stability to the club.
