Manager Stephen Kenny has selected a 26-man squad for both games.

Republic of Ireland manager Stephen Kenny has selected a 26-man squad for the international friendlies against Norway and Malta.

Evan Ferguson and Will Smallbone have both received their first call-ups to the senior international squad.

After an impressive performance in Liverpool's penalty shoot-out victory in the EFL cup last night, Caoimhin Kelleher returns to the squad alongside Gavin Bazunu and Bournemouth's Mark Travers.

Middlesbrough defender Darragh Lenihan returns from injury. While Jamie McGrath also receives a recall after an impressive season in the Scottish Premiership.

Ireland's first game against Norway in the Aviva Stadium kicks-off at 7:45pm on November 17th.

The squad will then travel to Ta'Quli to face Malta. That game gets underway at 7pm Irish time.
