Spectators will return to GAA games from next week

100 spectators will be able to return to club and intercounty games over the coming weeks, with that figure increasing to 200 where the minimum capacity of a ground is 5000. The GAA released the latest return to play information in the past 24 hours and are hopeful of those numbers been able to attend increasing by July 5th. Last weekend seen 500 supports been admitted to the final group games in the Allianz national football league at 4 games in Ulster. One of those was encounters was in Brewster Park where Longford drew with Fermanagh and the midlands county manager Padraic Davis, noted that not only were the players delighted to see fans back in the stands but that the officials also remarked it.

Longford will welcome Tipperary to Glennon Brothers Pearse park in the Division 3 relegation play off on Sunday June 13th, where a possible 200 spectators will gain access.
