The 6 in a row All Ireland champions have been relegated to Division 2

Dublin will continue to play their home National Football League fixtures at Croke Park next year, despite dropping to Division Two. Parnell Park had been mooted as a potential change of venue following their relegation to the second-flight for the 2023 campaign with their loss to Monaghan in Clones on Sunday past. Dublin officials have noted their intention is to stage their home games in Division Two at G-A-A headquarters. It would also appear that Dessie Farrell will be given time with the team to work their way back to the top. There was some speculative talk about his position following a poor league campaign but speaking on Sports-beat on Monday night regular GAA correspondent Fergal Monaghan noted it shouldn't be forgotten that Farrell had already delivered an All Ireland to the capital
