Roscommon and Sligo will meet this evening (Wednesday) in the Connacht U20 championship semi final with Mayo awaiting the winners in the final. The sides met in the group stages in round 2 with the Rossies coming out 9 point winners. With both teams having made use of their panels and made changes to the starting sides over the course of the competition, Roscommon Manager Cian Smith remarked to Willie Hegarty that their previous result will have little or no bearing on this evenings fixture
We will have full live coverage of that semi final from the Connacht Centre of Excellence from 8pm
It is at the semi final stage in Ulster with Cavan making the trip to Ballybofey to take on Donegal while Derry welcome Tyrone to Owenbeg. Both those games throw in at 7:30.
