Over €2 million euro worth of property has been sold across the region in a Bid X1 online auction today.
The highest amount of money spent was in Ballymahon where a bid of €1,250,000 secured 12 houses in a development on the outskirts of the town.
The 12 houses in Ballymahon are located at Creevagh Glass and Creevagh Bui and 9 of them are vacant.
Another online sale in Ballymahon today involved a vacant commercial building and bungalow on the main street of the town close to the local church and it sold for €76,000.
A terrace of six houses, 1 finished and five unfinished at Hall Street Ballybay in Monaghan sold today for €371,000.
Seven houses, all in need of renovation, at An Grianan in Drumshanbo in Leitrim sold for €650,000 euro today.
And finally a site at Green Street in Boyle in Co Roscommon was sold today for €100,000.
