Two Athlone stores have been named as finalists in the National Store of the Year.
Cunningham's Pharmacy in Monksland and Fernhill Garden Centre have both made the final shortlist of 30 stores.
The 'National Store of the Year' award is the focal point of the Retail Excellence annual awards, which were established in 1997 to promote excellence and uphold the highest standards in the Irish Retail Industry.

Past winners of the award include renowned names like Applegreen, Brown Thomas, PetStop, and Fabiani.
The awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, November 11th, at The Galmont Hotel in Galway.
