A leading barrister says he's hopeful Robert Pether will be able to return to Co Roscommon, after finally being released from prison.
The Elphin resident had been in prison there for four years because of a contract dispute between his employer and the Central Bank of Iraq.
Last night he was released on bail, but can't leave Iraq.
