It's been confirmed TFI Local Link will continue operating Bus Éireann's withdrawn bus service from Strokestown to Carrick-on-Shannon.
Route 468, which runs three days a week and has a stop in Elphin, will transition to a Local Link service on June 28th.
The bus route will not suffer any changes and will continue to run on the same timetable and with the same frequency.

The service will also continue to provide two return trips on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
At the moment, Bus Éireann's service is still active until Saturday, June 27th.
