Simon Harris met with families affected by the crisis in the south Roscommon area in recent weeks.

He met the school's new committee, who told him the current facilities are inadequate and there is an overcrowding problem.

Under the proposed bill, it would prevent charities and local sports clubs advertising their fundraising draws if the prize pool is over €10,000.
