It's 50 years since a well-known trucking business was established in County Roscommon.
Westward Scania has been operating in Strokestown since 1976 when Jim Callery was awarded the franchise.
Mr Callery had previously set up the Westward Garage in 1959 in the town.
The Westward Group then went on to open the National Famine Museum in Strokestown in 1994.
