Plans have been unveiled for a retirement village, with up to 80 homes, in Strokestown.
It's earmarked for an eight-acre site at Farnbeg, on the Tarmonbarry side of the town.
The developers unveiled the plans to local councillors at a meeting in the Abbey Hotel in Roscommon town yesterday.

They're asking for the land to be rezoned as residential - after which they'd lodge a planning application.
