The relics of St Bernadette of Lourdes are in Co Leitrim today, as part of their historic tour around Ireland. They're in St Clare's Church in Manorhamilton until tomorrow morning, with several events taking place there today, for the public to attend.
St Bernadette saw the Virgin Mary 18 times at the Grotto in Lourdes in 1858. Fianna Fáil councillor Mary Bohan, from Drumkeeran, says it's a historic occasion for Manorhamilton:
