Plans lodged for Edgeworthstown healthcare and housing development

Plans have been lodged for the construction of 20 new homes and a primary healthcare building in Edgeworthstown.

Ferghal Sheridan has submitted the plans for the units at Chapel Lane in the town.

The development would include 20 dwellings consisting of 4 single storey, two bed room units and 16 two storey, three bedroom homes.

Also included in the plan is a proposed primary healthcare building, new access from a public roadway, associated carparking and boundary fence.

County planners will decide on the application in March.
