Planning permission approved for new local housing development

Planning permission has been approved for the construction of 26 new homes in Ballyleague.
Eugene Kiernan had applied for planning permission to demolish 21 mushroom houses and an office building on the proposed site.

The homes would include 10 three bed houses, 10 two bed homes and 6 three bed terraced units.
Roscommon County Council have approved the planning application with 33 conditions attached.
These include an insurance bond of €123,000 and a developer contribution of the same amount.
