Several multi-million euro social housing projects in Longford are to be officially launched today.
Junior Minister in the Department of Housing and local TD Peter Burke will open the three developments across the county this afternoon.
The local Fine Gael Minister is responsible for planning and local government matters in the Department of Housing.

He'll open three projects today starting with Sli Corglass in Legga this afternoon, before visiting schools in the area.
The Minster will then travel to Longford town where he'll launch two significant social housing developments, one at Campbell's Drive off the Park Road and another at nearby Alder field in Farnagh.
