Over 50 patients were waiting for a bed at hospitals serving the Shannonside region this morning. According the INMO's latest trolley watch report, 52 patients were waiting at Sligo University Hospital. Today's makes put the second in terms of facilities nationwide.
Two and one patients were waiting at Portiuncula and the Midland Regional Hospital in Mullingar, respectively. University Hospital Limerick continues to be the country's overcrowded facility, 89 were waiting there.
